REVA (Post-Industrial recylced molded EVA)

The raw material used comes from (PIR) Post-Industrial Recycled (EVA) Ethylene Vinyl Acetate, like your flip-flops.  The material after recycling becomes much more rigid, and is great for water resistant applications. Colors to match are available – and depending on the rigidity of the products, varying amounts of recycled content can be used. If as low as 25%, the material is still quite soft and flexible, while 100% becomes very rigid – great for trays. 

This post industrial content previously had no end of life option other than the landfill. By separating industrial waste and processing again a new life is given to the discarded scraps.
